Nice to meet you.
I know first hand that finding the right fit in a therapist can feel impossible. Everyone has their specific hopes, goals, and challenges. I am a trauma informed, warm, client-centred professional, who understands each life experience is unique. I offer compassion and insight to help you feel validated and seen. I empower you by collaborating with you to uncover tools for growth and healing, practicing with genuineness and cherishing your vulnerabilities.
I offer help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, complex trauma, grief, and much more. I work with all demographics age 9 and up. I'm glad you're here.
What to Expect
I understand how intimidating it can feel to begin therapy. Regardless of your reasons for seeking counselling, my priority is that you feel seen and heard.
I take a personalized approach, drawing on my education, experience, and openness to support your journey. While I am not you, and I don’t claim to be the expert on your life, I am here to partner with you—offering warmth, acceptance, and guidance as you navigate your past, present, and future.
Credentials
I believe that a successful counselling experience is rooted in trust and reliability. As your clinician, it is important to me that you feel secure in our sessions, and can rely on my credentials to provide you with quality care.
